These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Your use of the website located at www.sixplusfive.co.uk.
By using the Six Plus Five website You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If You do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, You should not use sixplusfive.co.uk.
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and so you should check these regularly. Your continued use of Six Plus Five will be deemed an acceptance of the terms existing at that time.
Definitions
"You" means you, the user of the Six Plus Five website and "Your" shall be interpreted accordingly. "We/Us" means Six Plus Five and "Our" shall be interpreted accordingly. "Six Plus Five" shall have the meaning as set out above. "User Information" means the personal details which may be provided by You to Us via the Six Plus Five website. "Users" means the users of the Six Plus Five Site collectively and/or individually as the context admits. "Website" means a site on the World Wide Web.
Acceptable Use
You agree that any use by You of the Six Plus Five shall be in accordance with the following conditions:
You will not post or transmit through the Six Plus Five Site any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful, pornographic or otherwise illegal material or material which would violate or infringe in any way upon our rights or those of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality, or rights of privacy) or cause distress or inconvenience. You must not express opinions that are vulgar, crude, sexist, racist or otherwise offensive. Always treat other Users with respect.
You will not post or otherwise make available on the Six Plus Five Site any material which You do not own without the express permission of the owner of the material.
You will not copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, transmit in any manner whatsoever, any material on the Six Plus Five Site except as is strictly necessary for Your own personal non-commercial home use.
You will abide by the specific rules of any competition or promotion that You participate in on or via the Six Plus Five Site.
You will not do anything that affects the operability or security of the Six Plus Five Site or causes unreasonable inconvenience or offence or disruption to our staff.
Your Posts/Comments
You agree, when posting or commenting on the Six Plus Five Site that you adhere to the following rules:
Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
Be patient: users of all ages and abilities may be taking part in the Six Plus Five community.
No spamming or off-topic material: we don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
No advertising or promoting.
No spoilers: material which contains plot developments which haven't been transmitted on UK television will be deleted unless submitted in a designated 'spoilers' area or marked as a 'spoiler'.
Contributions containing languages other than English may be removed unless allowed in the relevant local house rules.
No impersonation.
No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
URLs (web site addresses) can only be posted if allowed under any relevant local house rules.
Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted. If you persist in doing this, action may be taken against your account.
How We Moderate
We have a dedicated team of trained moderators working around the clock. If you want to reach them to report offensive contributions, always use the inappropriate content reporting link, which can be found next to any entry created by our users.
When we receive a complaint, we will evaluate it and decide on the most suitable action. We will not normally confirm the steps we take to the complainant, as this may breach the rights and privacy of others, but rest assured that all complaints will be checked promptly and professionally.
In some cases, we may have to remove an entire segment of content, including messages that do not breach our terms, if they were part of a topic that was in breach of our Terms and Conditions, or where the context is lost or does not make sense once we removed offensive content.

Therefore, We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings. Where You purchase goods or services directly from Us, section 11 of these terms and conditions will apply.
Intellectual Property
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Six Plus Five Site shall remain at all times vested in Us or Our licensors. You are permitted to use this material or content only as expressly authorised in writing by Us or Our licensors. You will not, and You will not assist or facilitate any third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, frame, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material or content.
If You become aware of any such distribution or commercial exploitation, You agree to notify Us immediately.
You acknowledge that by posting materials on the Six Plus Five Site You grant to Us and Our licensors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide licence to use the materials both within the Six Plus Five Site and in any other manner. Liability for and information provided on the Six Plus Five Site
Material which is posted on any bulletin boards or chat forums is written by Users and We are not responsible for and do not endorse such material. We reserve the right to monitor the contributions made and may respond to or comment upon communications made by You and edit, refuse to post, or remove any content from the bulletin boards and chat forums in our absolute discretion. No failure to remove particular material constitutes an endorsement or acceptance of it by Us.
We will not be held responsible or liable for the content, accuracy, timing or reliability of any information or statements contained within the Six Plus Five Site, or for statements, advice and/or opinions made or given by Users on the bulletin boards and chat forums (except as required by law). If You have any claim arising from the actions or statements of another User, You agree to pursue such a claim only against that User and not from Us.
